Catherine Skilton Appointed Managing Partner for Health Systems at CF

CF has appointed Catherine Skilton as the new Managing Partner for Health Systems, making her a board member to enhance leadership, expertise, and the firm’s capacity to transform healthcare organizations. Hannah Farrar, Chief Executive of CF, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am thrilled to welcome Catherine Skilton to CF as a managing partner. Her extensive knowledge of health and her experience as a management consultant and chartered accountant will be invaluable as we strengthen and expand our services in the health sector.” This leadership transition at CF marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth, signaling exciting times ahead. Since its founding in 2013, CF has been recognized as one of the UK’s leading healthcare consultancies. The firm helps clients with the most challenging issues in the sector, such as strategic transformation initiatives of the NHS and related health systems, as well as key data analytics and research to improve patient outcomes. CF was honored earlier this year, winning the title of Strategic Consultants of the Year at the HealthInvestor Awards ceremony held in London.

This move is extremely crucial since the company has always been concerned with the health sector right from its establishment. According to the company, this is a momentous occasion in the company’s growth journey. The UK healthcare sector is experiencing unprecedented challenges, while demand for CF services continues being high, more so in cost improvement and transformation of healthcare providers. Skilton comes with experience spanning two decades. At CF, she will be leading the health sector as lead partner for NHS in bringing successful change programs to finance, operations, workforce management, care models, and necessary organizational change for them to work effectively. “I am thrilled to join CF and this exceptional health systems team at such an exciting time of service expansion and growth,” said Skilton of her new role.

The ethos of the team and what they’re trying to do, making a positive difference in health and healthcare, resonates very closely with my own values.”. I look forward to working with a great team of health care professionals as they work to support our clients in navigating the very serious issues the NHS is facing today.
