Award-winning leadership coach Manjit Mandeir has announced the launch of a new programme, the 1% Authentic Shift, aimed at helping professional women overcome burnout, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. The 4-week course, starting in October 2025, guides women in reclaiming their presence, voice, and leadership power gradually, one percent at a time.
The programme is tailored to women who have been overworking, trying to prove themselves, or playing small in the workplace. Through a combination of physical intelligence, emotional clarity, and reframing of the mindset, the participants are taught to control their nervous system, boundaries, and reconnect to their real selves.
Manjit Mandeir developed the program based on her own leadership experience. Although professionally successful, with a business specialising in recruitment and owning a pub, she experienced imposter syndrome and people-pleasing in managerial positions. Small, conscious adjustments in the posture, breath, the ground, and self-coaching helped her to regain her confidence and power.
