In 2019, the program attracted more than 1,500 entries in 48 countries, and the winners in the shortlist will be selected by over 190 international business professionals in seven judging juries.

Currently leading the Meadow View project, an innovative 70-bed care facility in its design phase, David is drawing on her personal experience living with muscular dystrophy to create an accessible, therapeutic environment focused on resident wellbeing.
She is an exemplary leader who is honest, values her family, and focuses on development, and who inspires more disabled leaders and demonstrates the significance of social care.
David said it is an honour to be recognised among other inspiring women in business. She added that the award reflects her journey as a founder and the work of Hoama Group, including mentoring others, supporting disabled leadership, and improving care standards. She expressed pride in representing the UK internationally.
The awards event, which will welcome more than 400 women and guests from across the globe, will be shown live from New York, highlighting the accomplishments of women leaders in various fields.
