AptarGroup, Inc, a global leader in dosing, dispensing and protection technologies for drug and consumer products, has been named to Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women 2024. The company has appeared on the prestigious ranking for the fourth consecutive year, this time under the newly renamed title of the World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies. Aptar came in at number 41 out of 400 companies.
Known as The Top Companies for Women ranking, compiled in partnership with market research firm Statista by Forbes, the ranking evaluates companies in three categories: employer brand, public opinion, and leadership. Their recognition comes from a survey of about 100,000 women working across multinational corporations in 37 countries worldwide. Scores count more for recent data, and it has to operate in at least two of the six continental regions for a company to qualify.

It speaks volumes about our commitment to continually improving our approach in facilitating Inclusion, Equity and Belonging globally across our workforce.” Vinczeller further added on Aptar’s lead position in corporate gender diversity, with the 50% of the Board of Directors made up of women and 37% comprise the female workforce within the executive committee.
According to Marcia Thomas, senior director of global diversity, equity & inclusion, this recognition is far more important to the success of Aptar than the sum of its diverse parts. “This recognition underscores the impact of our employee resource groups, our International Women’s Day summit, and our continued partnerships with organizations that hold us accountable for our diversity commitments,” Thomas says.
In recognition of this fact, Forbes annually publishes its World’s Top Companies for Women, a list on which Aptar also consistently appears. Therefore, Aptar supports the diversification of the workforce and values everyone who contributes to a continuous improvement.
