Amber Williams, Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Client Investment Strategies at Lincoln Financial Group has been honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal on its 2023 Women of Influence list. The award recognizes prominent women leaders in the region who are making a positive impact on their communities and the Greater Philadelphia business community.
Williams, who joined Lincoln in 2019, leads the Client Investment Strategies team, providing thought leadership, investment expertise, and education to Lincoln’s distribution teams and financial professionals. In 2022, she also took on the role of Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for guiding Lincoln’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts. This includes integrating ESG priorities across the company’s business areas and fostering an enterprise sustainability mindset.

Williams is actively involved in her local church’s community outreach programs, volunteers at a soup kitchen, and participates in Lincoln Financial’s support of the United Way and the annual Eagles Autism Challenge. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, and holds securities licenses.
